.Show up for my life by being present right now, right here.
.Nurture myself by eating right, sleeping enough, exercising, and giving and receiving emotional support.
.Seek meaning and purpose in my life, plus reserve time for goofing off.
.Practice simple, conscious living and find joy and gratitude from self-knowledge, new adventures, and the willingness to accept life on life’s terms.
Please let me know what makes you happy and what are your top
